And now for something completely different AND calming.  Join the Women in Tolling as Debra Mishalove, founder of Flow Yoga Center in Washington DC leads us through a 50-minute interactive session.  We'll review the basic tenets of using mindful meditation to support your well-being including tips and tricks on practicing.  We'll start with some light yoga and breathwork to warm up and conclude with some guided meditation practices. Dress in comfortable clothes; no special props needed for the session.  You can practice from your desk, your couch, or your living room floor!

About our Instructor

Debra is the founder of Flow Yoga Center (founded in 2004) and workFlow Wellness named by Washington City Paper & Washington Post as the “Best Yoga Studio” in DC and the recipient of the Mayor’s Award for Environmental Excellence. Flow has been featured in the Washington Post, NY Times, Yoga Journal, Wall Street Journal, NBC, and NPR and serves yoga, fitness, and meditation programs to over 1,000 people (now virtually) each week with the mission of offering wellbeing, spiritual nourishment, and balance into their daily lives. Prior to taking the leap into entrepreneurship, Debra worked in marketing for Amazon and Cable & Wireless. 

She currently resides in Washington DC with her husband, two little boys, and one huge dog.
