Tawnya Freund possesses more than 17 years of expertise in tolling technology, systems, and operations, with more than 6 years of experience in senior management positions in the tolling market, serving in a variety of commercial and operational roles. Tawnya’s experience is in operations, strategic planning, business development, marketing, manufacturing, tolling technology and systems serving public agencies and private industry with a focus on management of multi-functional teams and streamlining operations.
Tawnya began her career in a sales role at RFID transponder manufacturing firm RSI ID Technologies and was promoted to lead Sales and then to VP Operations as the company grew. Through acquisition, Tawnya has held roles in the tolling & revenue collection space serving the Director of Sales & Marketing for Sirit, Director of Strategic Global Accounts for Federal Signal Technologies and 3M, VP Sales, Tolling North America at Schneider Electric and Kapsch Trafficom, and is currently serving a dual role as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer for Cofiroute USA, a subsidiary of the Vinci Group based in Paris, France.
Tawnya is a 2011 graduate of the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association (IBTTA) Leadership Academy, and has a Bachelor of Science, Biology, Minor, Chemistry, from the University of Oregon.
