Sheri Singer is Founder of Singer Communications. With more than 25 years of award-winning experience, Sheri has worked with more than 60 nonprofits both on staff and as a consultant. She understands what makes news—and what doesn't—and that has resulted in obtaining stellar media relations for her clients. Before starting her firm, Sheri was a senior executive for top PR agencies such as Ketchum PR, managing accounts for Fortune 500 clients such as Cisco Systems, Bayer, World Bank, Motorola and Seagram Americas. Sheri has won awards from PR Week, American Society of Association Executives, the Art Directors Guild and the Public Relations Society of America. She speaks and writes frequently for PRSA and ASAE.

Tom Feeney is the Media Relations Coordinator for the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.  He has been with the NJ Turnpike Authority since 2008.  He is responsible for conveying the agency’s message to print and electronic reporters based in New Jersey, New York and Philadelphia. Previously, Tom worked for more than 20 years as a reporter, columnist and editor at newspapers in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He was a member of the metro staff at the Star-Ledger in Newark, N.J., when that newspaper won the 2004 Pulitzer Prize for breaking news coverage. His 10,000-word essay about an elderly woman who sued her hairdresser over a bad perm was published by the literary journal RiverTeeth and collected in its 10th anniversary anthology.
