Instructions for RENEWING YOUR IBTTA Membership 

Toll Operators

Step 1

For Toll Operators OnlyPlease use the online dues calculation tool below to do the math for you. In the yellow box, enter your agency's annual toll revenue from your last complete fiscal year. Results are provided for agencies both within North America and outside North America.

Step 2

For Toll Operators Only: After you have calculated the membership dues amount, click on the Revenue Reporting Form below to inform IBTTA staff of the results.

IBTTA will then generate a dues renewal invoice for your convenience in facilitating payment which will be accessible to the primary contact under the "My Organization's Invoices" tab when logged in to their profile.

Associate Members

An organization that does not own or operate a toll facility falls under the Associate/Sustaining Member category.


If you are the Primary Contact on the membership record, you will be able to access your 2022 membership invoice under the "My Organization's Invoices" tab when you are logged in to your profile.

Your dues renewal amounts for 2022 are based on the annual revenue your organization receives in the tolling industry: 

  • Member company’s toll-related revenue is greater than $5 million = $21,000

  • Member company’s toll-related revenue is $1 million to $5 million = $10,400

  • Member company’s toll-related revenue is less than $1 million = $3,000

  • Member's toll-related revenue is less than $1 million, ​DBE/WBE/MBE/SBE Level = $995 Business Entities that are certified as Disadvantaged or Woman-owned or Minority or Small must submit proof with either a state/federal certificate or a letter from a transportation system which states that the organization has been awarded a contract based on its status; and must have annual gross toll-related sales of less than $1,000,000.)
