Overcoming Communication Challenges During and After Managed Lanes Project Implementation

Overview

Managed lanes projects are new to most people and difficult to explain to the public in simple terms. Setting project expectations, communicating project benefits and cultivating project champions are essential components to ensure implementation of a managed lanes project. After project implementation, operational issues can arise and adjustments may need to be made to keep the project viable. Keeping positive project momentum depends on continuous dialogue with the community. This webinar focused on project case studies where communication challenges were overcome in both the development and implementation phases of the project and post-implementation.

This webinar took place on November 14, 2017.
