The International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association's Workshop, October 18-20, 2015, Westin Hotel Downtown, Cleveland, Ohio

Communications, marketing and human resources professionals working in the international transportation and tolling industry will gather in Cleveland during the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association’s (IBTTA) New Media, Communications and Human Resources Workshop at the Westin Hotel Downtown, Cleveland, Ohio from Sunday, October 18 to Tuesday, October 20, 2015. The Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission will serve as host of the three-day conference.  Click here to view the full agenda.

The Workshop, with a focus on the customer and employees, will cover bridging the generation gap, working with employees and customers of all ages, using data to effectively understand and communicate with target audiences, building brand recognition and media training to better respond and communicate with you, members of the media.

The meeting features experts from inside and outside the tolling industry to bring fresh and innovative perspectives and solutions.
