Sponsorship and Exhibitor Standard Cancellation Policy

IBTTA standard meeting cancellation policy for Sponsors and Exhibitors

*All sponsorship and exhibit space cancellations or reductions must be made in writing. Refunds are calculated as follows:

  • Cancellation or reduction of sponsorship or exhibit space prior to September 1, 2021, a refund of 50% of cost will be granted.
  • Cancellation of sponsorship or exhibit space after September 1, 2021, no refund will be granted.

*FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITORS: Due to the current US travel restrictions that international exhibitors are encountering, the cut-off date listed on the standard cancellation policy is extended to October 1, 2021, for our international exhibitors.
