The program also includes recognition of industry excellence through the IBTTA Awards ceremony. Taking place at the Colorado Convention Center, the event will showcase innovative products and services in a large exhibit hall, offering attendees plenty of opportunities to connect and collaborate.

The IBTTA Board of Directors and Committees Meeting precedes this event and will take place at the Le Meridien Hotel.

  • Group Rate: $279Single/Double (room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-out, (currently 14%)
  • Group Rate Government: Please check with the hotel. A limited number of Government rate rooms are available within the IBTTA block. Government Rates will be prevailing per diem at the time of check-in for 2025.
  • Group Rate Cut-Off Date: September 17, 2025, 11:59pm Central Time. Reservations made from this date onwards will only be accepted on a room and rate availability basis.
  • Cancellation Policy: 72 hours before arrival. Any rooms canceled up to 72 hours prior to arrival will not incur a penalty. Any deposit received will be refunded to the original guarantee form of payment. All Reservations must be guaranteed for late arrival.
  • Reserve Early! IBTTA always recommends securing your hotel reservations early to ensure you are in the conference hotel. Then, set a reminder for a week before check-in to reassess travel arrangements, which should give you plenty of time to cancel or adjust without incurring a penalty.

The past two years have been fun and engaging for players and spectators alike—and this year promises more of the same energy and excitement. 

Whether you're playing for glory in matching outfits or cheering from the sidelines, your participation helps support the IBTTA Foundation Scholarship Fund. Entry fees include food, drinks, and a whole lot of fun. Player spaces are limited, so sign up early and come join the action!

If you've missed the chance to exhibit, consider this alternative that offers your company the opportunity to have a presence in the exhibit hall without holding a standard space.

The purpose of this Reserved Table sponsorship is for you to have dedicated quality time with potential customers or existing clients who are registered to attend the Annual Meeting, engaging with them at your own breakfast/lunch table of 10 in the exhibit hall. This is a flexible option that allows you, as the sponsoring table host to have a limited presence in the exhibit hall where you can show some creativity with networking in the exhibit hall. Although this is not an exhibit booth space, as a Table Host, your company will have a reserved round table in the exhibit hall while the exhibit hall is open from Sunday through Tuesday, October 12-14, 2025.
