Apply to Serve on the IBTTA Board of Directors

Application Period is May 15 - July 31, 2025

There are eight (8) Board seats open for election including six (6) director positions and two (2) officer positions—the International Vice President and Second Vice President. 

How to apply to serve on the IBTTA Board of Directors

If you are interested in serving on the IBTTA Board, please email Wanda Klayman, Interim Executive Director & CEO, the following information: 

  • A letter expressing your interest in serving on the IBTTA Board of Directors and the position for which you are applying.
  • A short resume describing your professional experience and your relationship to tolling, transportation and IBTTA. The resume will help the nominating committee get to know you better and make an informed decision.
  • A letter signed by the Chair or head of the body to whom you report saying that your organization is prepared to support you in your service on the IBTTA Board including the financial and time commitment required for board service.
  • All three items above should be transmitted in one email to the address listed above by July 31, 2025, COB, ET
