Invitation to Apply - 2026 IAG Industry Day Forum - The E-ZPass Interagency Group (IAG) invites organizations to apply for the 2026 Industry Day Forum. The forum enables IAG and its member agencies to learn from organizations in and beyond the tolling industry about technologies, services, and operating models that advance interoperability, customer service, customer service centers, back-office operations, payments, and transaction processing.

Request for Proposals - The IAG Service Corporation (IAGSC), a 501(c)(4) not for profit corporation incorporated in the state of Delaware for the purpose of serving the E-ZPass Interagency Group (IAG), is requesting proposals from consultants that will provide professional consulting services for various Electronic Toll Collection related assignments under a Task Order Agreement.

The Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA)

Formal Industry Announcement  - Roadside Toll Collection System (RTCS) –  TCA has released a formal industry announcement for its upcoming Roadside Toll Collection System (RTCS) procurement. The forthcoming procurement is intended to support TCA’s evolving toll system needs through a flexible, best value approach that accommodates distinct but related scopes, including:

  • Modernization of TCA’s legacy all electronic tolling system throughout its 51-mile network including State Routes 73, 133, 241 and 261; and
  • Delivery of a dynamically priced, ITS intensive express connector for the 241/91 corridor.

The announcement provides information regarding the project scope, anticipated procurement approach, and timeline. Interested firms are encouraged to review the announcement materials and take advantage of optional one-on-one meetings with TCA representatives. Additional information is available through TCA's procurement portal.

The Greater Miami Expressway Agency (GMX)

Invitation to Bid (ITB) – Transportation Management Center (TMC) Operations. The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District VI SunGuide Transportation Management Center (SunGuide TMC), located at 1001 NW 111th Avenue, Miami, FL 33172, currently accommodates multiple co-located agencies, including the Greater Miami Expressway Agency (GMX), Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) Troop E Dispatch and the City of Miami Beach, to support integrated traffic operations. This co-location enables GMX to enhance real-time expressway management, coordinate incident response, and improve traveler information dissemination through close daily collaboration with regional transportation and public safety stakeholders. The Work consists of providing operational support staff for the Assistant Manager, Shift Supervisor and Operator positions for the GMX Transportation Management Center (TMC) Operations at the SunGuide TMC. The Work also includes providing all required training, reference checks, law enforcement clearances, background checks and criminal record checks.

North Carolina Turnpike Authority (NCTA)

Request for Proposals (RFP): Monroe Expressway 2026 RTCS RFP. The North Carolina Turnpike Authority (NCTA) has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking Technical and Price Proposals from qualified proposing Contractors (“Proposers”) capable of providing a transition to a modern, low-infrastructure toll collection system for the Monroe Expressway. The ideal system shall leverage current industry technologies to maximize revenue collection and be designed to grow over the life of the program.

Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT)

Request for Proposals (RFP) - VDOT Statewide Toll Customer Service Center Operations. VDOT is seeking a qualified contractor to provide customer service, manage and staff the operation of the CSC including the Virginia E-ZPass system and PBP/violation processing systems and associated functions.
