the U.S. Department of Transportation (Volpe center)

The U.S. DOT's Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program is a competitive awards based program that enables small business with 500 or fewer employees to engage Federal Research/Research and Development (R/R&D). The U.S. DOT's SBIR Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 Solicitation is Now Open. The topics for the 2019 Solicitation, listed below, may be of interest to your members and affiliates has been posted. For more information about the solicitation and how to submit an offer, please visit our website. Pre-offer webinar is scheduled for Wednesday, February 27, 2019, 1:30 p.m. (ET).  

Texas department of transportation

Request for Proposal (RFP) - This solicitation is to provide customer service center operations for the TxDOT Toll Operations Divisions (TOD). The vendor will operate the customer service center (CSC) which manages TxDOT’s TxTag and Pay by Mail programs as well as the unpaid toll enforcement program, including the Habitual Violators Program. Response due date is March 15, 2019, 3:00pm Central time.

Ashghal 

Request for Proposal (RFP) - The Public Works Authority 'Ashghal' has released an RFP to Design, Build, Operate and Maintain Tolling System. (Read Project Brief.) Ashghal follows an electronic tendering process, so please visit the link to register and receive the RFP.  The Tender Number is PWA/GTC/7/2019. All questions can be directed to contracts@ashghal.gov.qa. Bid period closes March 12, 2019.

Alameda County Transportation Commission

Request for Proposal - Right of Way Support Services for the East Bay Greenway.  The Alameda County Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC) invites you to submit a proposal to provide right of way support services for East Bay Greenway (Lake Merritt BART to South Hayward BART) Project. The anticipated performance period is 18 months from June 2019 through December 2020, with options for up to two (2) additional years of service.

The Puerto Rico Highway and Transportation Authority (“PRHTA”)
