Austin Del Gallo

Austin supports the planning and execution of IBTTA’s meetings and events, working closely with hotels and venues to manage room blocks and coordinate event logistics.

Before joining IBTTA, Austin spent more than five years as an event planner in the nonprofit sector and previously worked at Cvent, where she gained experience in meetings and event technology. Austin has been with IBTTA since 2025.
