Terri leads member services while overseeing committee management, membership retention, and IBTTA’s exhibit and sponsorship programs. She is known for transforming complex information into engaging, accessible content and for building strong relationships across IBTTA’s volunteer and partner community.

A published author with deep experience in exhibit management and sponsor engagement, Terri is a trusted member-satisfaction expert and an approachable, highly organized team leader.

Terri holds a B.A. in Speech Communication from the University of Maryland and has been with IBTTA since 2010.
