Phillip Morrone serves as the VP, Finance & Administration for IBTTA. He brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and management across both the private and non-profit sectors. In this executive role, Phillip is responsible for the overall financial health of the association, contributing to the organization’s strategic goals and industry.
Prior to Growth Energy, Phillip served in Senior leadership position for the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA), where he managed varied functions including FP&A, Administration, and Procurement. His extensive background also includes key roles at companies such as Coalfire, Thompson Reuters, General Dynamics, and CACI, with experience spanning cost operations, finance, and accounting.
Phillip holds both the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) professional designations, and he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Saint Joseph's University.
