Erin leads the development of IBTTA’s in-person and virtual meeting content, working closely with members and meeting planning groups to deliver timely, engaging education. She manages the call for presentations process and curates the most relevant industry topics to support knowledge sharing and professional development across the association.
Before joining IBTTA in 2024, Erin served as Director of Education at the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) and spent eight years at the Eno Center for Transportation, supporting meetings, leadership development, and education programs for the transportation industry.
Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Tourism from James Madison University and an MBA from George Mason University. She is both a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and a Certified Association Executive (CAE).
