Anna oversees the strategic planning and execution of IBTTA’s in-person conferences, focusing on delivering seamless, high-quality experiences that advance organizational goals and foster strong member engagement. 

Prior to her nine years at IBTTA, Anna worked at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where she planned conferences for U.S. education programs focused on teacher development.

Anna holds a B.A. in United States History with a minor in Political Science from Northwest Nazarene University.
