Hotel & Reservation Details
IBTTA Group rate is available 3-days prior and 3-days post meeting dates, based on availability.
- Room Rates: $313 Single/Double (room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-out, (currently 11.5% sales tax). Limited Government rates available, please call the hotel to inquire.
- Cut-off date: February 19, 2027 11:59pm Eastern Time. Reservations made from this date onwards will only be accepted at the IBTTA rate based on hotel availability.
- Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. The room block for this meeting is expected to sell out. IBTTA always recommends that you secure your hotel room early to guarantee a room in the conference hotel. Adjust your room dates later once you confirm your travel plans.
- Check-in: 4:00pm; Check-out: 11:00am
- Parking: Overnight self-parking, on-site $20.00/day. Overnight valet parking, $30.00/day; daily valet parking $15.00/day.
- Amenities: The hotel has an indoor pool and a fitness center.
