Hotel & Reservation Details
IBTTA Group rate is available 3-days prior and 3-days post meeting dates, based on availability.
- Room Rates: $199 Single/Double (room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-out, (currently 17.614% sales tax). Limited Government rates available, please call the hotel to inquire.
- Cut-off date: June 25, 2027 11:59pm Eastern Time. Reservations made from this date onwards will only be accepted at the IBTTA rate based on hotel availability.
- Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty. The room block for this meeting is expected to sell out. IBTTA always recommends that you secure your hotel room early to guarantee a room in the conference hotel. Adjust your room dates later once you confirm your travel plans.
- Check-in: 3:00pm; Check-out: 12:00pm
- Parking: On-site parking: $25.00/day; Valet parking $35.00/day.

Airport
George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is approximately 27 miles from the hotel, around 30-45 minutes. Serving all major Airlines. Visit Airport Website.
William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) is approximately 17 miles from the hotel, around 25-35 minutes. Southwest Airlines has heavy presence at this airport, followed by AA, Delta, JetBlue, Allegiant Air, Frontier and Sun Country Airlines. The airport is a 5-star airport known for its primarily domestic service, though it does offer international flights to Mexico, Central, and South America through Southwest Airlines.
