Hotel & Reservation Details
- Room Rates: $254 Single/Double (room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-out, (currently 12.025% sales tax and 3% occcupancy tax)
- Cut-off date: April 1, 2027 11:59pm Eastern Time. Reservations made from this date onwards will only be accepted at the IBTTA rate based on hotel availability.
- Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty. The room block for this meeting is expected to sell out. IBTTA always recommends that you secure your hotel room early to guarantee a room in the conference hotel. Adjust your room dates later once you confirm your travel plans.
- Check-in: 3:00pm; Check-out: 11:00am
- Parking: Self parking, on-site $30.00 per day. Valet parking, $54.00 per day. EV charging is nearby (240 feet away, in the Leamington Parking Ramp behind Hotel, connected via indoor Skyway.
- Amenities: The hotel has an indoor pool and a fitness center.
- Dining: The hotel offers Ten01 Social–the hotel's restaurant/lounge; a Market serving Starbucks coffee, made to order pizzas and grab & go options and Topgolf Swing Suite featuring golf simulator bays with food and drinks.
