Mary Jane O’Meara is a nationally recognized transportation leader with more than four decades of experience across the public and private sectors. A vice president and national tolling practice consultant at HNTB, she has held key leadership roles at the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority and Massport, including director of the Tobin Bridge. A past president of both WTS International and IBTTA, O’Meara has been a driving force in advancing collaboration, mentorship, and opportunity across the industry. Her impact has been recognized with numerous honors, including the WTS Mary Peters Inspirational Leader Award and ARTBA’s Ethel S. Birchland Lifetime Achievement Award.
