• Room Rates: $318 Single/Double (room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-out, (currently 15%)
• Cut-off date: December 16, 2025, 11:59pm ET. Reservations made from this date onwards will only be accepted at the IBTTA rate based on hotel availability.
• Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. The room block for this meeting is expected to sell out. IBTTA always recommends that you secure your hotel room early to guarantee a room in the conference hotel. Adjust your room dates later once you confirm your travel plans.
• Check-in: 4:00pm; Check-out: 11:00am
• Parking: Valet Parking Facilities (Overnight $42 / Day $18)
• Amenities: The hotel has a 24-hour fitness center, a business center, a rooftop pool, and a bar and lounge area in the lobby. Complimentary in-room Internet is included for rooms booked within the conference rate.

Miami International Airport (MIA)is is approximately five miles from the hotel. The drive from the airport to the hotel is about four miles, traveling south on Le Jeune Road. Approximately 10 minutes.
