Writer/Consultant to Prepare Notice of Funding Opportunity Application
IBTTA seeks an experienced individual or firm to complete an application in response to a “Notice of Funding Opportunity” with the U.S. Department of Transportation. IBTTA does not have the in-house expertise to complete this application. The resulting cooperative agreement is to conduct research on interoperability of electronic toll collection systems.
