About You
Choose a Meeting
Please select a first and second choice. We will do our best to place you in your first-choice meeting; however, if that group is full, you may be placed in your second choice. If a 2027 meeting does not appear as a choice in the list, then the sign up period has passed for that meeting.
Time Investment and Limitations Policy

Review the roles & responsibilities of joining a Meeting Planning Group.

In general, members can expect to be on at least 5-7 hours of conference calls throughout the planning process, which begins approximately 5-6 months before the start of the meeting.

IBTTA asks that you consider your professional bandwidth during that timeframe before accepting a role within a group and that you make every effort to be an active participant in the planning group.

Chief Meeting Organizers work with Track Team Leaders and IBTTA staff to determine the appropriate size of each Meeting Planning Group (MPG).

To ensure each MPG represents a broad cross section of the industry, no more than two people from the same company are typically included in a single group. If more than two from your company express interest, you may be contacted to discuss alternate MPG placement.
