Terri Slack is a national tolling expert and joined the CDM Smith transportation team in 2018 as a Vice President and National Practice Lead for Toll Programs. She has over 30 years’ experience, both in public sector leadership and executive management experience, including a decade working directly for toll agencies and more than ten years in the private sector as national toll and finance program manager providing toll operations advisory services. Terri has direct experience in establishing financing programs, such as tolling and state infrastructure banks, drafting policies and procedures as well as direct experience in the procurement of large toll systems, both lane and back office. Terri is a strategical thinker with technical expertise.
