This session will spotlight the major strides made across the tolling industry in 2025, with a focus on four core pillars: congestion management, interoperability, customer service, and safety. Attendees will hear from agency leaders and industry experts who are driving high-impact initiatives that are improving traffic flow, enhancing system connectivity, elevating the user experience, and strengthening safety for all roadway users. Through real-world examples and measurable results, this session will showcase how bold leadership, collaboration, and innovation are moving the industry forward—delivering smarter, safer, and more seamless mobility solutions for the future.
As tolling systems grow more digital and interconnected, they face mounting cybersecurity threats such as ransomware, data breaches, and infrastructure vulnerabilities. These threats jeopardize operations, public trust, and financial integrity. This session delves into the evolving threat landscape, governance complexities, and collaborative strategies across public and private sectors to strengthen long-term resilience. Participants will hear insights from tolling agencies, cybersecurity professionals, and adjacent industries tackling these high-stakes challenges.

Looking for an alternative to exhibiting? Consider the Table Host sponsorship.
If you've missed the chance to exhibit, consider this alternative that offers your company the opportunity to have a presence in the exhibit hall without holding a standard space.
The purpose of this Reserved Table sponsorship is for you to have dedicated quality time with potential customers or existing clients who are registered to attend the Annual Meeting, engaging with them at your own breakfast/lunch table of 10 in the exhibit hall. This is a flexible option that allows you, as the sponsoring table host to have a limited presence in the exhibit hall where you can show some creativity with networking in the exhibit hall. Although this is not an exhibit booth space, as a Table Host, your company will have a reserved round table in the exhibit hall while the exhibit hall is open from Sunday through Tuesday, October 12-14, 2025.
- Member Table Host - $3,000
- Non-Member Table Host - $4,000
(Includes your exclusive round of 10 for all meals and breaks in exhibit hall, one easel sign, company listing in the program, one complimentary "exhibit hall only" registration*, and access to the preliminary attendee list.)
