About the Meeting

The IBTTA Board of Directors sets the strategic direction of the Association. The Board of Directors comprises five officers and 20 directors. Officers serve a one-year term, and directors serve staggered four-year terms. IBTTA Board of Directors and Committees meet three times per year.

The Board Meeting precedes the 93rd Annual Meeting & Exhibition.

There are eight (8) Board seats open for election including six (6) director positions and two (2) officer positions—the International Vice President and Second Vice President. If you are interested in serving on the IBTTA Board of Directors, the application period is May 15 - July 31, 2025.

Hotel Rates

The IBTTA negotiated group room rate is available 3 days prior and 3 days post meeting dates, subject to availability.

  • Group Rate: $279 Single/Double (room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-out, (currently 14%)
  • Group Rate Government: Please check with the hotel. A limited number of Government rate rooms are available within the IBTTA block. Government Rates will be prevailing per diem at the time of check-in for 2025.
  • Group Rate Cut-Off Date: October 16, 2025, 5:00pm Central Time. Reservations made from this date onwards will only be accepted on a room and rate availability basis.
  • Cancellation Policy: 48 hours before arrival. Any rooms canceled up to 48 hours prior to arrival will not incur a penalty. Any deposit received will be refunded to the original guarantee form of payment. All Reservations must be guaranteed for late arrival.
  • Reserve Early! IBTTA always recommends securing your hotel reservations early to ensure you are in the conference hotel. Then, set a reminder for a week before check-in to reassess travel arrangements, which should give you plenty of time to cancel or adjust without incurring a penalty.

  • Parking: Valet-only parking is $20.00 per day.

  • 1:00pm – 4:00pm: IBTTA Board of Directors Meeting
  • 4:00pm – 5:00pm: Past Presidents Council (by invitation)
  • 6:30pm – 9:30pm: Board Dinner (By invitation)
