The IBTTA Board of Directors sets the strategic direction of the Association. The Board of Directors comprises five officers and 20 directors. Officers serve a one-year term, and directors serve staggered four-year terms. IBTTA Board of Directors and Committees meet three times per year. 

The Board Meeting precedes the 95th Annual Meeting & Exhibition.

Our headquarter hotel is the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, located at 2233 S. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and is connected to the Convention Center. The Hyatt Regency Chicago (151 E. Wacker Dr.) is approximately 12 minutes away from the venue.

All business sessions associated with the conference will take place at the McCormick Place Convention Center.

  Hotel & Reservation Details

IBTTA Group rate is available 3-days prior and 3-days post meeting dates, based on availability.

  • Room Rates: $250 Single/Double (room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-out, (currently 17.39% sales tax). Limited Government rates available, please call the hotel to inquire.
  • Cut-off date: August 16, 2027 11:59pm Eastern Time. Reservations made from this date onwards will only be accepted at the IBTTA rate based on hotel availability.
  • Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be canceled up to 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty. The room block for this meeting is expected to sell out. IBTTA always recommends that you secure your hotel room early to guarantee a room in the conference hotel. Adjust your room dates later once you confirm your travel plans.
  • Check-in: 3:00pm; Check-out: 12:00pm
  • Parking: Self parking: from $21.00/day; Valet parking $60.00/day.

  Airport

Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW) is approximately 9 miles from the hotel, around 15-20 minutes. Midway serves Delta, Frontier and Southwest, Allegiant and Porter airlines. Visit Airport Website.
