Hotel & Reservation Details
IBTTA Group rate is available 3-days prior and 3-days post meeting dates, based on availability.
- Room Rates: $250 Single/Double (room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-out, (currently 17.39% sales tax). Limited Government rates available, please call the hotel to inquire.
- Cut-off date: August 16, 2027 11:59pm Eastern Time. Reservations made from this date onwards will only be accepted at the IBTTA rate based on hotel availability.
- Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be canceled up to 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty. The room block for this meeting is expected to sell out. IBTTA always recommends that you secure your hotel room early to guarantee a room in the conference hotel. Adjust your room dates later once you confirm your travel plans.
- Check-in: 3:00pm; Check-out: 12:00pm
- Parking: Self parking: from $21.00/day; Valet parking $60.00/day.
