If you require additional power beyond one 5 Amp Power, please select "No" for the following question.

This electric request is for one 5 Amp Power Drop ONLY. If you have requirements beyond this level of service and for all other Audio/Visual needs, you will order directly with the service provider. (Information will be provided in the exhibitor handbook.)

Exhibitor Listing
  • MEMBERS: If there is no change to the written description that we have for your organization's existing membership profile in the IBTTA Member Organization Directory, it is not necessary to submit a statement for your exhibitor listing. If you wish for this exhibitor statement to differ from your membership profile, simply add a note in the "Comments" below to that regard.
  • NON-MEMBERS: Please submit your company description for the 2024 Finance & RUC Summit (with the total word count being no more than 150 words).
Company Description / Written Statement
If you are entering a new description, please check the box below to let us know that this should be updated as your standing membership profile.
Statement must be no more than 150 words and submitted as a single paragraph with no bullets or other formatting. Your web URL will be added to the end of the paragraph, so it is not necessary to include reference to your web site in your statement.
Exhibitor Agreement

I have read the Terms and Conditions set forth in this contract and, on behalf of my exhibiting organization, agree to abide by these terms and conditions which form a part of this contract between our exhibiting organization and IBTTA and agree that IBTTA, in its sole discretion, may decline to allow my organization to exhibit, including due to the unsuitability of the products to be exhibited or concerns regarding intellectual property infringement, and agree to waive all claims against, and hold harmless, IBTTA for the same.

Once you submit this form, IBTTA staff will contact you with invoice information in order to secure your exhibit booth. Next steps, including exhibit kit, shipping information, and order forms for additional services will be provided with your confirmation.
