She is responsible for leading the creation, sales and delivery of solutions to solve customer care challenges. She's led large scale customer care operations while creating simple frictionless experiences through leading edge digital capabilities. She has 20+ years of experience selling, solutioning and delivering complex customer care engagements and is passionate about the future of service. She resides in Austin and enjoys spending time with her husband and three young adult children.
