Donovan Guin, Director, Public Transportation
Donovan Guin leads IBM's tolling solution business in the United States. A veteran of digital businesses, customer engagement and e-commerce, he has lead IBM's efforts to bring IBM's decades of experience in tolling back to North America. As part of a global leadership team, he helps shape IBM's offerings for the company's public sector clients, and commercial partners, to deliver next generation solutions for tolling, transportation and mobility. As part of the US leadership team for state and local government, he also represents IBM's services for SAP.
