94th Annual Meeting & Exhibition
Hosted by the North Texas Tollway Authority, this event brings together tolling and transportation professionals, technology innovators, and industry leaders from around the world to explore the ideas, partnerships, and strategies shaping the future of mobility. Through dynamic general sessions, interactive breakouts, council and committee meetings, industry awards, and technical tours, attendees will engage in discussions on innovation, customer experience, workforce development, infrastructure investment, communications, safety, and emerging technologies.
Guided by the theme Driving What’s Next: Investment. Impact. Influence., the conference will showcase practical solutions, real-world lessons learned, and forward-thinking approaches that are helping organizations deliver value, strengthen communities, and navigate a rapidly evolving transportation landscape. Arlington will be the place to exchange ideas, build relationships, and help chart the road ahead.
The Fall Board of Directors & Committee Meeting precedes this event, November 10-11th.

Hotel Information
- Room Rates: $269 Single/Double (room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-out, (currently 15%)
- Cut-off date: October 19, 2026, 4:00pm Central Time. Reservations made from this date onwards will only be accepted at the IBTTA rate based on hotel availability.
- Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. The room block for this meeting is expected to sell out. IBTTA always recommends that you secure your hotel room early to guarantee a room in the conference hotel. Adjust your room dates later once you confirm your travel plans.
- Check-in: 4:00pm; Check-out: 11:00am
- Parking: Daily rate of $39. Self-parking is also available for $29 per day with in/out privileges for overnight guests.
- Amenities: The hotel has a 24-hour fitness center, a Full-service Spa and Salon, two pools and an on-property UPS Store. View all amenities.
- Dining: The hotel offers five restaurant and lounge options, including a three-meal indoor/outdoor restaurant featuring two wood-fire pizza ovens and homemade pasta, made on-site.
